Rugby shirt design

A friend of mine had to design the rugby shirts they will be playing in. but she had a problem: she only has paint, and no drawing tablet or whatsoever ^^ So I told her I could do it and this is what came out it's simple but nice I think..
the black is probably going to be blue, since their referees have black shirts..
but I would really like to see a team play in a shirt I designed
